What is a traditional Brass Band?
A brass band is composed of a number of different instruments ranging from the
small and portable cornet to the very large and not so portable bass (tuba).
Players sit in a particular configuration so that instruments playing similar
parts are close together.
Some of the instruments featured in a Brass Band are rarely seen elsewhere, for example, the Baritone Horn.
